Irish Cheese On Toast
Potatoes / Creme Fraiche / Bacon / Irish Cheddar / Scallions / Bread (1)
BOIL a large pan of water
PEEL potatoes
DROWN in boiling water for 15 minutes
GRILL bacon until crisp
CHOP scallions (2)
SLICE cooked potato thickly (2)
HACK bacon into pieces (2)
PLACE in hot frying pan with a little oil
TURN potato slices when browning
THROW in chopped scallions and bacon (3)
ADD two tablespoons of creme fraiche
STIR together off the heat
TIP mix onto some pre toasted bread
SCATTER cheddar on top (4)
GRILL until cheese has melted
POUR a Guiness
EAT the fecker (5)
GO COOK YERSELVES
